The Four Nuggets of GMHM Vision
Give Hope to a hopeless people – by preaching, ministering and caring for souls.
Create an atmosphere where the Glory of God can manifest – an atmosphere of friendship and love, worship and prayer, by rendering true worship and fervent heartfelt prayer of seeking God’s face.
Equip and build people – as a learning organization by teaching, training and impacting lives with the Spirit of the Word of God.
National and Community Transformation by impacting our world through any godly means possible as inspired by the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Mission Statement is: “To Restore Life, Hope and Joy to all in every city and nation”
What does this mean and entail?
Restoration of Life: is to preach the Kingdom of God, give salvation through Jesus, heal the sick, cast out the devil, raise the dead and get people filled with (or baptized in) the Holy Spirit. We must know that Jesus is the true life we need – 1 John 5: 12 and the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of life which we can only receive when we come to Christ Jesus and be in Him (Romans 8: 2).
We preach the gospel of Christ so that people will repent and live. We heal the sick so that people will recover their health and live and we cast out the devil because the devil comes to steal, to kill and to destroy – John 10:10. Wherever the devil is, he will always attempt to steal, kill or destroy. This is why we must get the devil out and bring in the Lord Jesus who comes to give us life through the Holy Spirit so that we might have abundant life.
Restoration of Hope: This is to look after the people that come to the Lord Jesus. We must always remember that most people come to the Lord Jesus with different issues, challenges and baggage of concerns and problems. Only the Lord Jesus can solve their problems through His Holy Spirit. We must therefore quickly hook them up to the Lord Jesus and make them friends of Jesus; that is discipleship and caring. The Lord actually invited all to come to Him with all their bags and baggages of life and promised to give them rest. However, they must learn of Him (Mat. 11: 28-30) and become His friends (John 15: 13). The Lord Jesus is the Best Special Friend any one can ever have; becoming His friend is a great wisdom because you can then know Him, trust Him and call upon Him when you have a need and He will not fail you. He is the only LOVER who cannot fail (1 Cor. 13:8)..
RESTORATION OF JOY: The kingdom of God is a thing to be joyful about, knowing that we belong there and we are not of this world; that we are acceptable in the beloved – Ephesian 1: 6. We are citizens of heaven; our names are written in the Lamb’s book of life (Luke 10:19 -20). Many believers are not experiencing this joy. But the Holy Spirit teaches us that there is joy that the kingdom of God brings. It is called the joy of the Holy Spirit and that is our strength (Rom 14:17). It is our mission to bring believers to experience the joy of the kingdom of God:
Joy that comes from your personal realization of who you are in Christ.
Joy that comes from your personal achievement in Christ – what God has helped you to do in Christ.
Joy that comes from helping others become achievers in Christ.
To steer ourselves to fulfill our vision, the following set of beliefs are outlined in support of the vision
1. Jesus is the light of the world as long as he was in the world, now we are the light of this world for Jesus to shine through us to others (John 9: 5 & Mat. 5: 14-16)
2. The light in us is the gospel of Jesus Christ and we must make ourselves the gospel and live the gospel (2 Corinthians 4: 1 – 7; John 1: 4 – 5, 9; 2 Cor. 3: 1-6)
3. Christ died for all; everyone must be reached, preached to, saved and impacted by the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Tim. 2: 4-7 & Rom. 1: 16 & Rom. 10: 9 -17)
4. Discipleship, Friendship and Christian maturity is the way to increase God’s Kingdom and His glorious light (Isaiah 9:7; Mat. 5: 16, Isaiah 9: 7, Mat. 28: 18-20, John 15: 16, 2 Tim. 2: 2)
5. Through the power of prayer and God’s word all needs can be met and impossibilities turned to possibilities (Phil. 4: 6; Luke 1: 37, Mat. 19: 26, Heb. 4: 12). We strongly believe in miracles and divine healing through the faith of Christ.
6. Sowing of seed is the means to relentless harvest for kingdom expansion and fruitfulness (Gen. 8: 22, Gal. 6: 7, Gen 1: 28)

GMHM LOGO AND SIGNIFICANCE
Our logo shall be the picture of a dove on a world globe in God’s right hand and spotted with the blood of Jesus and the cloud of glory and surrounded by a rainbow that depicts the manifest Glory of God.
The notable descent of the Holy Spirit as a dove gives us full assurance of the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, whether we feel Him or not. He is always with us, working in us both to will and to do the things that are pleasing unto the Lord. We do not go by feeling but by faith on the certainty of the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and Commission. The Dove symbolizes how the Holy Spirit descended upon the Lord Jesus Christ during His baptism at the River Jordan and now upon us. The dove is not an image to represent the Holy Spirit who is in the world today to give the light of God in this world through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Know that the Holy Spirit is a person [or a personality and not a dove or bird]. The gentle decent of the Holy Spirit as a dove [Matthew 3:16 ] is notable in that you may not feel any shaking or fire or hear a sound of a mighty rushing wind, yet the Holy Spirit is with you and inyou doing the will of the Father in you if you are a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and He is perfecting the saints and getting us ready for the Marriage Supper [i.e. the RAPTURE].
World Globe –
Our Mission to the world is Global, reaching all tribes, tongues and nations[Mark 16: 15].
Hand of God –
God is still in charge of the world no matter what the devil is doing and we are in His hand; our protection is guaranteed by Him (John 10: 28 – 29)
Blood of Jesus –
The only source and hope of redeeming the world to God; let the Blood of Jesus go round (not just spots) and let it touch every life giving them the new life in Christ. Let’s have a Blood-washed world made ready for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. It is the token for the redemptive work that was finished at Calvary: It was shed by the Lord Jesus for all and particularly for you and I. Get washed by the Blood of Jesus Christ and know that your sins are forgiven you, you are saved and have received eternal life and you now belong to the kingdom of light [Colossians 1: 12-14; 1 John 5:11-13]. This is something to rejoice about and tell others.
Cloud of Glory –
symbolizes visible Divine presence with us: in this glorious cloud, His light shines upon us for our protection, spiritual understanding and for divine direction to do His will. It is the symbol of our authority, mandate and power to bring the needed hope to our world in fulfillment of our vision. We constantly seek to remain in the Cloud of His glory; hence we are “In Pursuit of God’s Glory” and to make Him manifest to our world (Isaiah 60: 1-2; Psalms 84:
11-12; Rev. 4: 1-5)
Symbolizes manifest Glory of the Lord and a constant link to His throne room where decisions are made and prayers are answered. Rainbow is also a token of the covenant relationship which God made with Noah and with all living creatures on earth (Gen. 9: 13 – 15). It reminds us of God’s faithfulness in keeping covenants and fulfilling promises. We are in the safe hand of a Mighty God who has now brought His throne-room and set it in us that we shall never be destroyed.
